When we invest or advise on a client business or property development there is often an opportunity for co-investors to provide funding. The clients we engage are experienced professionals and they can come to us from across the UK - providing diversification for investors.

Property development and VC investment with Axial involves a minimum commitment from each funding partner of £100,000 and the average project value is £3-10m for property developments, and can involve A-round through to buy-out funding for corporate clients.

Investor Returns

Our corporate clients are required to have a proven business model, and a clear strategy for utilising funds and producing a return on capital, and our real estate clients are experienced property developers with projects open for joint-venture and development funding.

Investors can co-invest with Axial and our clients, where property developers will carry out full project & construction management in exchange for sharing the project profits, and corporate clients may offer a fixed return or an equity stake in their company.

Eligible Funders

Projects submitted to Axial Capital seek offers of funding - both from us and our funding partners - and established lenders and experienced investors are welcome to participate.

This means that funds and asset managers, brokers, specialist and general lenders, and professional investors, may participate as best suits their unique operational profile. As each project is different, broad and varied models for funding and corporate structures are employed as is most efficient.

What we offer

We engage with growing and innovative companies and with experienced property developers across the UK, and we select only those projects that show credibility and potential for performance - and these are appraised and discussed with our funding network.

We complete the appraisal and investment documentation and structure a funding model that suits both clients and investors. Our team often remains involved for advisory through the investment period, to ensure a successful outcome for the project and its stakeholders.
