The development of a series of pre-let convenience
stores, with the Co-operative as the anchor
tenant, allowed us to source support from our private equity network for the development of five
sites across the Home Counties.
Through ring-fencing an allocation of five million
pounds, the clients were able to maintain a pipeline
of projects over an 18-month period, with the knowledge that each pre-approved development site
would have the requisite capital in place.
