A co-funded development of 7 apartments in Surrey with an experienced developer. The developer on this project is long established in the area and had agreed the purchase of a site with detailed planning, and came to us for funding to complete the project. Works commenced in early 2019 with funding in place and the developer is running their team on a design and build contract to create a Tudor-style building with lift serving all floors, including the penthouse.

Completion is due in early 2020, with shell works getting under way from late Summer 2019.
